Founded by a wellbeing researcher currently pursuing an MSc in Psychology & Neuroscience, Galene Bathhouse brings together a passion for evidence-informed wellbeing with a deep appreciation for ritual, sensory experience, and self-care. This perspective shapes our philosophy: that creating moments of stillness is not an indulgence, but an essential part of living well.
