Every order is hand-packed in London and sent with care. Here's what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.
Shipping
Every order is hand-packed in London and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Once your ritual is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking so you can follow it to your door.
We deliver to the UK, the Channel Islands, Europe and the USA. UK orders travel with Royal Mail; international orders are sent on a tracked service. All parcels are delivered Monday to Saturday, excluding bank and public holidays.

Delivery windows begin once your order has been dispatched and are estimates rather than guarantees.
Customs & Duties — Europe & USA
Prices at checkout cover postage only. Orders travelling outside the UK may attract import duties, taxes or customs fees on arrival, set by the destination country and charged by the carrier or local customs office. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are separate from anything paid to Galene. If you're unsure what to expect, your local customs office can advise before you order.
Returns
If something isn't right, write to us at hello@galenebathhouse.com with your name and order number and we'll guide you through it.
Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund. To qualify, products must arrive in their original packaging and protected by the original outer packaging. Return postage is arranged and paid by you, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged, please tell us within 14 days. Email hello@galenebathhouse.com with your name, order number and a brief description of the damage, including photographs where possible, and we'll put it right.
For reasons of hygiene, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used items. We don't offer direct exchanges — simply request a return and place a new order for the piece you'd prefer.
