Shipping policy

We deliver to the UK, Channel Islands, Europe and USA. For UK deliveries, we use the services of the Royal Mail. For international deliveries, we use international tracked shipping.

All orders are sent using a Tracked Delivery Service and are delivered Monday - Saturday (exc. Bank or Public Holidays). Your online order will be packed and dispatched within 1-3 working days of order placement, you will then receive an email informing your order is completed and is now being shipped.

Return Policy

Should you wish to return an item, please request a return by sending an email to hello@galenebathhouse.com quoting your name and order number.

You can return unopened and unused items within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Please note that a full refund will only be provided for products returned unopened and in their original packaging, and returned with care using all the original outer packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged item, please let us know as soon as possible and within 14 days of purchase the latest by sending an email to hello@galenebathhouse.com quoting your name and order number and providing details of the damage including photos where applicable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you desire a different item, please initiate a return and proceed with a new order.

Regrettably, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items due to hygiene considerations.
