The Tea Bath High Mountain

Oolong milk tea and mugwort open cool and herbaceous, clearing the head. Lemon balm lifts, lavender steadies, and calendula softens what remains. Oats and coconut milk round the water into something smooth and grounding green, never sweet.

Magnesium Flakes

The same full measure of mineral-rich magnesium flakes, dissolved until the water turns soft underfoot a long, slow exhale at the close of the day.

The Ritual Candle Lavender & Oak

Lit before the water is drawn. A quiet, grounding scent soft lavender resting on warm oak. The calm companion to the bath.
